Guardian does such a good job, that for the first time in my career, I can hand something over to someone and it’s actually off my plate. They aren’t a vendor, they’re a teammate. I regret not doing this years ago.

04 / Automation

Spend less time chasing the next step.

Give inquiries an owner, keep quotes moving and get job details to the office without retyping everything. We connect the everyday steps that slow your team down.

Illustrative example: an estimate goes out on Monday, a reminder is drafted on Wednesday if there is no reply, and it stops the moment the customer answers.

By type of business

See what we can take off your plate.

Choose the kind of business closest to yours. The first three have an interactive demo with sample data; for the rest, we start with a conversation.

Trades and home services

Every inquiry gets an owner and a next step, and estimates get a timely follow-up that stops as soon as the customer replies.

Drilling and groundwater

Crews send job details from the field, the office reviews anything missing, and approved reports become one packet ready for billing review.

Professional offices

Track which client documents have arrived, draft reminders for only what is still missing, and hand off a complete file.

Healthcare and veterinary

Route new-client and appointment inquiries to the right person, and keep intake paperwork from piling up at the front desk.

Property management

Log maintenance requests in one place with an owner and status, so tenants are not chasing updates by phone.

Automotive and fleet

Keep service reminders, vehicle records and repair approvals moving without re-typing between systems.

Retail and ecommerce

Connect orders, customer questions and stock updates so fewer things are copied by hand between your store and your tools.

Restaurants and hospitality

Gather catering and event inquiries in one place, with quotes followed up and details handed to the team on the day.

Manufacturing and fabrication

Move quote requests, job travelers and completion sign-offs between the shop and the office without lost paperwork.

Nonprofits

Organize volunteer sign-ups, donor follow-up and grant documents so a small staff spends less time on administration.

Protect

The foundation: cybersecurity and managed IT.

Some businesses need their technology looked after. Some leadership teams need someone to own cybersecurity decisions. Many need both.

Getting started

What happens when you reach out

  1. A short first conversation

For IT, a 15-minute introduction with no passwords or remote access needed. For cyber advisory, a 30-minute conversation about your priorities, ownership and deadlines. Both are conversations, not assessments.

  2. A written scope if it fits

If a closer look or ongoing support makes sense, we put the scope, responsibilities and cost in writing before any work begins.

  3. Work you can follow

Changes to your systems are agreed with you first, and you know who is responsible for each part of the work.
