Demo: Trades and home services

Inquiry to estimate follow-up

For trades and home services. See how an inquiry becomes one record with an owner, how estimate follow-up stops as soon as the customer answers, and what happens when a message cannot be delivered.

Interactive demo. Sample data. No messages are sent.

What the demo walks through

  1. A routine inquiry arrives and becomes one record with an owner and a next action.
  2. An automatic receipt is recorded. A personal acknowledgment from staff is a separate step.
  3. The estimate is marked sent and a follow-up is scheduled.
  4. Advancing demo time makes the follow-up due. A second follow-up is scheduled if there is still no answer.
  5. When the customer accepts or replies, pending follow-up stops.
  6. The same event arriving twice does not create a second inquiry.
  7. A failed delivery stays failed and creates a staff review task. Nothing retries on its own.

Why it helps

  • Every inquiry has an owner, so nothing waits in a shared inbox.
  • Estimates are followed up on time without anyone keeping a list in their head.
  • Customers who already answered are not chased.
  • Problems are visible to a person instead of failing quietly.

What a real version would need

This page is a simulation running in your browser. It does not connect to any system and does not show that an integration exists for your business. A real workflow is scoped with you first and depends on:

  • Where inquiries arrive today (website form, phone, email) and who owns them
  • The system that holds customer records, such as a CRM or job management tool
  • An email or text provider your business is permitted to send from, with customer consent where required
  • Agreed follow-up wording, timing and when to stop
  • A person who checks the review queue each business day

What it does not do

  • Not emergency dispatch. Urgent calls still go to a person.
  • No real messages, customers or credentials are used here.
  • It does not show that this integration exists for any business today.
